Burlington, Vermont – The United States Attorney's Office for the District of Vermont announced that Jeremy Brown, 55, from Simi Valley, California, was sentenced on February 3, 2025. Brown was found guilty of selling unapproved drugs with intent to defraud or mislead through interstate commerce. Chief United States District Judge Christina Reiss sentenced him to one year of supervised release and imposed a $100,000 forfeiture.

Court records reveal that between March 2019 and December 2023, Brown operated Warrior Labz SARMs and related websites. He sold unapproved versions of prescription drugs including Selective Androgen Receptor Modulators (SARMs), erectile-dysfunction drugs like Viagra and Cialis, and weight-loss drugs such as Ozempic, Wegovy, and Rybelsus.

Brown claimed these products were for "research purposes only" and "not for human consumption," while also suggesting they offered benefits affecting the human body. He sourced most of his products from China without verifying their shipping or storage conditions or testing their contents in a lab. Despite this, he falsely advertised his products as made with high-quality pharmaceutical-grade ingredients following U.S. manufacturing practices.

Even after receiving an FDA warning letter in June 2023, Brown continued selling these unapproved drugs online. Between August and December 2023, he completed three sales to an undercover law enforcement account in Vermont.

Acting United States Attorney Michael P. Drescher praised the investigation by the Food and Drug Administration and the United States Postal Inspection Service.

The case was prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Corinne Smith. Rick Collins Esq., along with Lisa Shelkrot Esq., represented Jeremy Brown.
