Harrison County man receives 10-year sentence for meth distribution

Todd Eugene Haynes, a 49-year-old resident of Clarksburg, West Virginia, has been sentenced to ten years in federal prison for distributing methamphetamine. The sentencing took place in Clarksburg.

Court documents and statements revealed that Haynes was involved in selling over 100 grams of methamphetamine within Harrison County. His criminal record includes charges such as robbery, battery, domestic assault, stalking, and drug possession. After completing his prison term, Haynes will be subject to five years of supervised release.

The case was prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorney Brandon Flower. The investigation was conducted by the Greater Harrison Drug Task Force, which is funded by HIDTA (High Intensity Drug Trafficking Areas).

Chief U.S. District Judge Thomas S. Kleeh presided over the proceedings.
