Pricing for the median home in Kirkland increased during May 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2020 in Kirkland rose by $315,000 while total sales decreased by 40.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2020, there were 28 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,265,000 - a 33.2% increase over the $950,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 47 homes sold in Kirkland in May 2019.

The median sales tax in Kirkland for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $5,770, approximately 0.5% of the median home sale price for May 2020.
