May 2020: Home prices in Issaquah increased

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2020 in Issaquah rose by $39,000 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2020, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $883,500 - a 4.6% increase over the $844,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 26 homes sold in Issaquah in May 2019.
