Pacific median home prices rose by 35.2% in October 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2020 in Pacific rose by $121,500 while total sales remained unchanged with three homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2020, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $466,500 - a 35.2% increase over the $345,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Pacific in October 2019, as well.

The median sales tax in Pacific for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,852, approximately 0.6% of the median home sale price for October 2020.
