Kirkland home prices fall in 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in 2019 in Kirkland fell by $87,500 while total sales increased by 6.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2019, there were 289 homes sold, with a median sale price of $980,000 - a 8.2% decrease over the $1,067,500 median sale price for the previous year. There were 272 homes sold in Kirkland in 2018.

The median sales tax in Kirkland for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $5,770, approximately 0.6% of the median home sale price for 2019.
