Snoqualmie home prices rise in December 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2019 in Snoqualmie rose by $40,000 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2019, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $690,000 - a 6.2% increase over the $650,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Snoqualmie in December 2018.

The median sales tax in Snoqualmie for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $5,922, approximately 0.9% of the median home sale price for December 2019.
