Yarrow Point home prices rise in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Yarrow Point rose by $621,555 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $4,519,555 - a 15.9% increase over the $3,898,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Yarrow Point in the second half of 2018.

The median sales tax in Yarrow Point for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $14,478, approximately 0.3% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2019.
