Black Diamond (unincorporated) home prices rise in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Black Diamond (unincorporated) rose by $530,000 while total sales decreased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,125,000 - a 89.1% increase over the $595,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Black Diamond (unincorporated) in the second half of 2018.
