The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Woodinville (unincorporated) rose by $75,000 while total sales decreased by 11.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 63 homes sold, with a median sale price of $865,000 - a 9.5% increase over the $790,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 71 homes sold in Woodinville (unincorporated) in the second half of 2018.
