Woodinville home prices fall in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Woodinville fell by $31,500 while total sales decreased by 12.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 28 homes sold, with a median sale price of $733,000 - a 4.1% decrease over the $764,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 32 homes sold in Woodinville in the second half of 2018.

The median sales tax in Woodinville for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $6,058, approximately 0.8% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2019.
