The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in North Bend (unincorporated) fell by $52,500 while total sales decreased by 17.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 46 homes sold, with a median sale price of $500,000 - a 9.5% decrease over the $552,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 56 homes sold in North Bend (unincorporated) in the second half of 2018.
