Renton home prices unchanged in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Renton was unchanged while total sales decreased by 15%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 159 homes sold, with a median sale price of $485,000. There were 187 homes sold in Renton in the second half of 2018, and the median sales price for the period was also $485,000.
