Kent (unincorporated) home prices rise in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Kent (unincorporated) rose by $27,648 while total sales increased by 15%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 130 homes sold, with a median sale price of $455,498 - a 6.5% increase over the $427,850 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 113 homes sold in Kent (unincorporated) in the second half of 2018.
