Black Diamond home prices rise in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Black Diamond rose by $87,498 while total sales decreased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 20 homes sold, with a median sale price of $437,498 - a 25% increase over the $350,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 25 homes sold in Black Diamond in the second half of 2018.
