The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Duvall (unincorporated) rose by $160,000 while total sales increased by 76.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were 30 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,025,000 - a 18.5% increase over the $865,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in Duvall (unincorporated) in the fourth quarter of 2018.
