Issaquah (unincorporated) home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Issaquah (unincorporated) fell by $106,500 while total sales decreased by 9.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were 20 homes sold, with a median sale price of $718,500 - a 12.9% decrease over the $825,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in Issaquah (unincorporated) in the fourth quarter of 2018.
