Snoqualmie home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Snoqualmie fell by $29,600 while total sales decreased by 40.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $635,000 - a 4.5% decrease over the $664,600 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 27 homes sold in Snoqualmie in the fourth quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in Snoqualmie for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $5,922, approximately 0.9% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2019.
