Black Diamond home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Black Diamond rose by $100,000 while total sales remained unchanged with 13 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $450,000 - a 28.6% increase over the $350,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Black Diamond in the fourth quarter of 2018, as well.

The median sales tax in Black Diamond for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,492, approximately 0.8% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2019.
