The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Newcastle (unincorporated) rose by $88,250 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $575,000 - a 18.1% increase over the $486,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Newcastle (unincorporated) in the second half of 2018.
