Woodinville home prices rose in May 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2020 in Woodinville rose by $117,500 while total sales decreased by 46.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2020, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $812,500 - a 16.9% increase over the $695,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Woodinville in May 2019.
