Rising home prices in Shoreline in May 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2020 in Shoreline rose by $50,450 while total sales decreased by 29.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2020, there were 39 homes sold, with a median sale price of $605,950 - a 9.1% increase over the $555,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 55 homes sold in Shoreline in May 2019.

The median sales tax in Shoreline for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,439, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for May 2020.
