Median home prices in Pacific fell to $298,500 in May 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2020 in Pacific fell by $79,000 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2020, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $298,500 - a 20.9% decrease over the $377,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Pacific in May 2019.

The median sales tax in Pacific for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,852, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for May 2020.
