June 2020: Home prices in Bellevue fell

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2020 in Bellevue fell by $55,000 while total sales increased by 28.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2020, there were 63 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,165,000 - a 4.5% decrease over the $1,220,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 49 homes sold in Bellevue in June 2019.

The median sales tax in Bellevue for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $5,881, approximately 0.5% of the median home sale price for June 2020.
