Seattle home prices rose in June 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2020 in Seattle rose by $68,500 while total sales increased by 18.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2020, there were 446 homes sold, with a median sale price of $825,000 - a 9.1% increase over the $756,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 376 homes sold in Seattle in June 2019.

The median sales tax in Seattle for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,956, approximately 0.6% of the median home sale price for June 2020.
