Median home prices in Bothell rose to $769,000 in June 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2020 in Bothell rose by $4,000 while total sales increased by 28.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2020, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $769,000 - a 0.5% increase over the $765,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Bothell in June 2019.
