Home prices increased in North Bend during June 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2020 in North Bend rose by $47,525 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2020, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $752,500 - a 6.7% increase over the $704,975 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in North Bend in June 2019, as well.
