Pricing for the median home in Snoqualmie increased during June 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2020 in Snoqualmie rose by $5,000 while total sales increased by 26.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2020, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $715,000 - a 0.7% increase over the $710,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Snoqualmie in June 2019.
