Pricing for the median home in Maple Valley increased during June 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2020 in Maple Valley rose by $61,000 while total sales increased by 15.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2020, there were 44 homes sold, with a median sale price of $551,000 - a 12.4% increase over the $490,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 38 homes sold in Maple Valley in June 2019.
