July 2020: Home prices in Mercer Island fell

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2020 in Mercer Island fell by $168,000 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2020, there were 20 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,687,000 - a 9.1% decrease over the $1,855,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Mercer Island in July 2019.
