Median home prices in Sammamish rose to $1,065,000 in July 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2020 in Sammamish rose by $106,000 while total sales increased by 36.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2020, there were 60 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,065,000 - a 11.1% increase over the $959,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 44 homes sold in Sammamish in July 2019.

The median sales tax in Sammamish for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $6,642, approximately 0.6% of the median home sale price for July 2020.
