Pricing for the median home in Newcastle decreased during July 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2020 in Newcastle fell by $145,000 while total sales decreased by 12.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2020, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,025,000 - a 12.4% decrease over the $1,170,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Newcastle in July 2019.

The median sales tax in Newcastle for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $7,041, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for July 2020.
