July 2020: Woodinville experienced a 8.5% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2020 in Woodinville rose by $61,475 while total sales increased by 71.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2020, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $787,475 - a 8.5% increase over the $726,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Woodinville in July 2019.
