Rising home prices in Shoreline in July 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2020 in Shoreline rose by $27,500 while total sales increased by 19.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2020, there were 43 homes sold, with a median sale price of $675,000 - a 4.2% increase over the $647,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 36 homes sold in Shoreline in July 2019.

The median sales tax in Shoreline for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,439, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for July 2020.
