July 2020: Black Diamond experienced a 12.5% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2020 in Black Diamond rose by $49,800 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2020, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $447,500 - a 12.5% increase over the $397,700 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Black Diamond in July 2019.
