Home prices increased in Shoreline during November 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2020 in Shoreline rose by $105,000 while total sales decreased by 31%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2020, there were 20 homes sold, with a median sale price of $665,000 - a 18.8% increase over the $560,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 29 homes sold in Shoreline in November 2019.
