November 2020: Renton experienced a 23.9% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2020 in Renton rose by $117,525 while total sales decreased by 6.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2020, there were 28 homes sold, with a median sale price of $610,000 - a 23.9% increase over the $492,475 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 30 homes sold in Renton in November 2019.
