Pricing for the median home in Covington increased during November 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2020 in Covington rose by $33,500 while total sales increased by 37.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2020, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $475,000 - a 7.6% increase over the $441,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Covington in November 2019.
