Carnation home prices rose in December 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2020 in Carnation rose by $50,000 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2020, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $496,500 - a 11.2% increase over the $446,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Carnation in December 2019, as well.
