January 2021: Home prices in Bothell fell

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2021 in Bothell fell by $71,500 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2021, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $705,000 - a 9.2% decrease over the $776,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Bothell in January 2020.
