January 2021: Home prices in Seatac increased

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2021 in Seatac rose by $59,100 while total sales decreased by 28.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2021, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $559,000 - a 11.8% increase over the $499,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Seatac in January 2020.
