February 2021: Home prices in Snoqualmie increased

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2021 in Snoqualmie rose by $136,264 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2021, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $847,514 - a 19.2% increase over the $711,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Snoqualmie in February 2020.
