Pricing for the median home in Renton increased during February 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2021 in Renton rose by $150,000 while total sales increased by 52.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2021, there were 29 homes sold, with a median sale price of $605,000 - a 33% increase over the $455,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in Renton in February 2020.
