November 2021: Home prices in Issaquah (unincorporated) increased

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2021 in Issaquah (unincorporated) rose by $282,000 while total sales remained unchanged with nine homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2021, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,200,000 - a 30.7% increase over the $918,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Issaquah (unincorporated) in November 2020, as well.
