Shoreline home prices rose in November 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2021 in Shoreline rose by $100,000 while total sales increased by 120%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2021, there were 44 homes sold, with a median sale price of $765,000 - a 15% increase over the $665,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in Shoreline in November 2020.
