Pacific median home prices rose by 37% in November 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2021 in Pacific rose by $135,000 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $500,000 - a 37% increase over the $365,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Pacific in November 2020.

The median sales tax in Pacific for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,852, approximately 0.6% of the median home sale price for November 2021.
