The first half of 2020: Bellevue experienced a 1.7% drop in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2020 in Bellevue fell by $19,200 while total sales decreased by 33.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2020, there were 231 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,130,800 - a 1.7% decrease over the $1,150,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 348 homes sold in Bellevue in the first half of 2019.

The median sales tax in Bellevue for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $5,881, approximately 0.5% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2020.
