The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2020 in Black Diamond (unincorporated) rose by $597,000 while total sales remained unchanged with four homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2020, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $939,000 - a 174.6% increase over the $342,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Black Diamond (unincorporated) in the first half of 2019, as well.
