Pricing for the median home in Duvall decreased during the first half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2020 in Duvall fell by $1,121 while total sales increased by 20.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2020, there were 41 homes sold, with a median sale price of $648,000 - a 0.2% decrease over the $649,121 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 34 homes sold in Duvall in the first half of 2019.
