Shoreline home prices rose in the first half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2020 in Shoreline rose by $38,375 while total sales decreased by 9.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2020, there were 168 homes sold, with a median sale price of $628,375 - a 6.5% increase over the $590,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 185 homes sold in Shoreline in the first half of 2019.

The median sales tax in Shoreline for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,439, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2020.
